I will package your order very carefully so that it should reach you in pristine condition. For large paintings and/or under glass I use something such as hard board with multiple thick protective layers and then boxed to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Where possible I send UK orders via Royal Mail or courier depending on the size/weight. Postage to the UK is free. I aim to send out within three days of
your purchase. For local delivery please contact me via the contact page.
I do also ship internationally so please contact me at email@example.com to enquire about postage costs. Any import duties and taxes due on international orders are payable by the customer.
Coronavirus may affect delivery times. Please do contact me if you are concerned about delays.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
I hope you will be very happy with your item(s). Original paintings and original prints are unique items made by me with a lot of love and time. I do my best to photograph as accurately as possible, however lighting varies in different homes and locations and it is possible that colours may appear different in your home than my studio. Online image quality can vary depending on screen resolution.
In the event that you change your mind about an item please contact me immediately. Please contact me first by email to notify me so that we can discuss return options within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you have proof of postage and use an insured & tracked delivery method to ensure that the item reaches me safely. Note that I am unable to refund postage costs.
Custom orders and special commissions are excluded from my refund policy due to the individual nature of such orders. Should your item arrive damaged then please inform me immediately. I will need you to send photographs of both the damage to the item and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org, as I will need to provide this as evidence in order to make a claim - Thank you.
